Maple Story - A Quick Guide To Mesos For Newbies

Making Mesos can be hard, especially at low levels, and its never fun to site and grind all day without making any progress. There is good news however, you can make quite a lot of Mesos relatively easily if you know what you are doing. There are 3 main techniques to making Mesos, Grinding, Questing and Saving them once you make them. I will explain these 3 techniques in a bit more detail:

1. Grinding is the simplest way to make Mesos but it can be annoying if you do not know how to do it properly. The key is to grind only monsters that are within two levels of yourself and to make sure you spend your points properly. Put your points into HP or mana if applicable in order to reduce downtime and make your grinding more effective. Try to find enemies that you can kill in just a couple of hits for the maximum time to Mesos ratio. Fighting monsters that are too high in level will increase the damage you take and thus create more downtime and make you use your healing items which cost the Mesos you are trying to gain. cheap maple story powerleveling

2. Questing is a great way to make Mesos and give you a break when grinding gets boring. Not all quests are created equal however, some of them give much better ratios of Mesos to time spend. Some of the ones with good ratios are:

I'm Bored

Pia and the Blue Mushroom

Shumi's Lost CoinCamila's Gem cheap maple story powerleveling

Teo's reminiscence

Nella and Kerning City Citizens Request 1 and 2

Sabitrama and the Diet Medicine

The Reason Behind the Mushroom Studies

Mystery of Niora Hospital

Jane and the Wild Boar

Shumi's Lost Bundle of Money

Nemi's Dilemma

Toy Soldier's Walnut

Fixing Blackbull's house

Some of these give your items which can help save Mesos and some items can be sold to make a good amount. cheap maple story powerleveling

3. Saving Mesos is not a way to make them per say but a Meso saved is a Meso Earned!. Use your points effectively in order to save items that would be used for healing. Also resist the temptation to buy the best equipment at all times. Other cheaper equipment is often almost as good as more expensive equipment and it will save you a lot of Mesos in the long run. Until you have build up a good amount, do not buy anything that is not absolutely necessary. Once you have a solid savings you can splurge a bit.

Hopefully this guide will help you make Mesos and avoid some of the frustration that comes with not being able to buy the items that you want. If you just remember these simple tips you will find yourself with a lot more Mesos and a much better Maple Story experience.
